Jobe’s Biozome®
The Power of Beneficial Microorganisms
By feeding the soil rather than feeding the plants, Jobe’s Biozome will help your garden thrive. Jobe’s Biozome creates optimal soil conditions that improve soil texture, water penetration and retention, as well as the amount of oxygen in the soil. Jobe’s Organics products with Biozome deliver long-term benefits without any harmful chemicals, creating a healthy eco-system for your garden, your family and the environment.
Jobe’s Biozome is a combination of healthy bacteria, Mycorrhizal fungi and Archaea. This unique and proprietary blend of beneficial microorganisms improves the long-term soil quality of your garden, promoting plant growth and helping your garden resist disease, insects, drought and other unfavorable conditions within a growing season.
Beneficial microbes for results you can see!
ARCHAEA
Archaea, a recently identified microorganism, is found in some of the planet’s most extreme environments, such as hydrothermal vents on the ocean floor. In garden applications, scientists have discovered that these microbes actually clean the soil, returning it to a healthier, more natural state. Biozome contains a proprietary species of Archaea that quickly breaks down complex hydrocarbons and minerals into basic nutrients and trace elements that plants readily absorb.
MYCORRHIZAL FUNGI
These specialized fungi have a mutually beneficial relationship with plants. The word mycorrhizae refers to the tissue that forms when fungi and plant roots become intertwined. This fungi expands the surface-absorbing area of the roots by 100 to 1,000 times, sending out filaments that act as extensions of the plant’s root system, helping plants absorb more water and nutrients. In return, the fungi receive essential sugars and other compounds from the plant roots, fueling their own growth.
BACTERIA
Healthy soil contains between one million and one billion bacterial organisms in a single teaspoon. These simple, single-celled organisms serve multiple roles in the soil. In particular, they break down “tough matter” in the soil to release important nutrients, which otherwise would be trapped where plants would not utilize them. The bacterial strain in Biozome improves the soil structure and quality, keeping nutrients near the roots.
